Frontier Painting can offer a credit account for your project. Get your project completed now and pay it off over the next 6 months.
Are you Eligible?
To meet our criteria you must be able to tick all these boxes
The project must be a residential property
You must either reside in the property or have the property managed by a registered property manager
The project must be between $5000 and $15,000
You must be the owner of the property
You must be able to pay 50% on completion
You must have the capacity to pay the remaining 50% at 10%/month over the next 5 months
You must be able to provide identification
Examples of how our credit account works
John & Jane request a quote for the interior and exterior painting of their house.
The quote is $12,000.
John & Jane pay 50% or $6,000 when the job is completed.
Then once a month for the next 5 months they pay 10% or $1,200
Robert owns a rental property and to attract a great tenant and maximise his rental income the property manager has suggested it would be a good idea to freshen the place up with an internal repaint.
The property manager arranges some quotes.
Frontier Painting's quote is $6000 and offers a payment plan.
Robert pays 50% or $3,000 on completion and can now attract a great tenant and maxmise his rental income. Robert authorises the property manager to pay 10% or $600 per month out of his rental income for the next 5 months to Frontier Painting.

WHAT ID DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?
Rates notice + Drivers Licence for each owner on the rates notice. Complete our credit application.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO SELL MY HOME OR RENTAL PROPERTY?
No problem. You can put your home on the market for sale anytime during the 6 month payment plan period. You need to let us know via email that you are listing the property for sale. Keep paying your monthly installments as normal. Once you sell and the house settlement has happened, you will need to pay the remaining balance in full.
WHAT IF I FORGET TO MAKE A PAYMENT?
We will send you a reminder and if it is an oversight, simply pay when you receive the reminder, no charges will apply.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE A PAYMENT?
Communication is key, if you are having any difficulties making a payment. We are a family business and understand the ups and downs in life. Just get in touch with us and depending on your situation we can work something out.
DO I NEED TO TELL FRONTIER PAINTING PRIOR TO GETTING A QUOTE THAT I WOULD LIKE A PAYMENT PLAN?
No. Having a credit account does not influence how we quote your job.
ARE THERE ANY FEES?
Only if you default, defaulted accounts will be charged an admin fee while in default and any collection costs we incur will be passed on to you. Defaulting an account is a last resort, we prefer to work with any clients requiring extra time to pay.
