"Dazz" Darren Evans

"The Boss"

Dazz started his career as a painter and decorator as a teenager.  He has owned and run his own painting business for over 30 years. 

He is passionate and a perfectionist when it comes to getting a job completed to the highest standard.  Customer service, customer  satisfaction and being able to go back to a job years later and it still looks great are a top priority for him. 

He is very experienced in all types of coatings, in all areas of the painting industry.  From residential, commercial, industrial, marine, roof coatings, specialty coatings, floor coatings, pool coatings wallpapering, 2 pac, epoxy finishes, you name it he has the experience and knowledge.

"Harry" Luke Evans

Painter

Luke is the youngest son of Dazz & Trace.  Not sure where his nickname Harry came from but Dazz has called him that since he was a little fella and it has stuck. 

His background began in Diesel Fitting, to HVAC drafting and project management.  He and Dazz decided to form Frontier Painting together.  Luke has been learning the ropes from his old man and is our onsite foreman and has stepped up to painting like a duck to water.

He is responsible for our health and safety, assists with off plan estimating, team management, quality control, onsite customer liaising and substrate prepper extraordinaire ensuring the best paint finish in the industry.

"Marshie" Mark Marsh

Painter

Marshie has been a valued member of the painting crew since we began.  This guy goes above and beyond for Frontier Painting and we wouldn't be without him.

A painter through and through, he knows our standards are high and reaches them for us time and time again.

"BJ" 

Painter

BJ joined us on recommendation from his brother Marshie.  We are fortunate to have BJ on our team of painters, he has an eye for detail and is a guru on the spray gun.

BJ is the cheeky one and never sits still, keeping everyone on their toes and moving.

The Marsh brothers have definitely become part of the Frontier Family.

"Mattie" Mathew Zanoni

Painter

Mattie is new to the team and we look forward to him sticking around.  He is a trade qualified painter with several years experience in the trade.  Mattie is an energetic addition to the team and fitting right in with the Frontier expectations of high quality workmanship.

"Chris" Christopher Wright

Painter

Chris joined us recently and we are looking forward to him being with us for years to come.  Chris comes from a high end property painting background and brings decades of experience to the team.

Trade qualified and experienced in the many aspects of paint coatings and finishes, he fits right in with our expectations of high quality work.

"Brando" Brandon Evans

Social Media

Brando the newest member of the team.

Brando could see we were a bit time poor and our social media could use some work so he volunteers in that space.

Brando is also an excellent writer/editor and proof reader and assists us put together our policies and procedure documentation.

"Trace" Tracey Evans

Admin, Marketing, Accounts

Tracey works behind the scenes on our website, quote preparation, accounts, compliance and anything else Dazz throws at her.  She works full time in her real job and does all of this for the family business at night and on the weekends.  Don't be surprised if you receive an email at midnight!

Tracey's background is architectural design, estimating, project management, contract management and Principal Licensee of a boutique real estate agency encompassing sales and property management.  She has worked behind the scenes in the painting industry alongside Dazz for 26 years.
